Topic Title: System crashes after starting X

Hello everyone,everytime when the X-Server starts (and comes up without an error) my whole systems crashs. Only a reset helps.The "desktop" builds up, but then the system doesnt respond anymore.The problem appears even when I start xf86cfg.Since this is a minimal X-Server on its own, I dont think that my X*.conf File is the problem.There is no errormessage in /var/logs/ , after rebooting the system.Ive an AMD TB 1200C and a GeForce2 Ti graphic adapter.Perhaps anyone has an idea, what the problem could be.I dont even know where to search for it.Thanks
