Topic Title: question about stearing

hey, when ever i turn sharply a lot in a small amount of time( basically doing donuts lol) the steering starts to squeal when i turn the steering wheel. it gets louder as i get the wheels turned sharper but will eventually go away after i drive properly for about two minuets. I dont really have much of an idea of what it is? the power steering fluid is full.
