Topic Title: New groups definition and space templates

Hi all,

Id like to create new user groups in alfresco with special user rights :

Exemple :

a BOSS user group which can access everything in reead and right
a EMPLOYEE user group which can access his projects in right mode and other document in read mode (maybe),

How can I tweak that ?

Id also like to create SPACE templates that i can use to quickly create spaces for projects or so. How can I do that ?.

the purpose of doing that is tha t I want to create space quickly and also quickly give rights to people in order to access these spaces.

Is it possible to give a read only access to a group in a folder that is at the "bottom" of a certain space ?.

By the way I use Alfresco 1.3.
