Topic Title: Marketing property for sale in the Bahamas or Jamaica

From time to time, I am asked to sell land or property located in the Islands of course, I live in the US. How does one go about doing that? I have not had my license very long and Ive asked my broker how its done and he doesnt know. Can someone assist?
