Topic Title: Eterm not transparent when started from xinitrc

Hi all,this is my first post , and so far I am a very happy Gentoo user I would like to start a couple of transparent Eterms when logging into kde, but while I can get the Eterm to start from my .xinitrc file, it always seems to have a black background.I have seen this question asked before in these forums, however I couldnt find an answer.Surely there is some guru out there that can enlighten me Thanks for any help you can provide!Roboguy
