Topic Title: Barely new, Lots of help!

Im about to start my College course to get my State License this Wednesday. Now I have visited a Mortgage company and they have some offers for me. They would train me to get a closer view of Real Estate and Loan Officer. I will start off at a call center doing telemarketing. He said that he could help me get my certificate to take my state exam in 2 weeks. But I would still have to show up to some 3-4 hour clases they have. Now, ofcourse the cost of my Principles Text is $88. I already have one for my course. He said I dont have to take the college course. Now, Im so afraid to either ditch College course or go and do this program. How did all you Professionals get your start? Help me please make a specific decision.
